What's the best way to tag information I want to remember?
I am reading a book on the development of the biblical canon which is jammed packed full of information (that’s a good thing).

What I am wanting to do keep track of when each biblical book was viewed as authoritative, canonical, scripture, etc.
I thought about making a notebook for the resource and then highlighting the text adding a tag each time a read information that I want to remember. I thought that making a tag for each biblical division (Torah, Prophets, etc.) would be better than each individual biblical book. Then later when I want to review my research, I can just search the tags.
Is this the most efficient way to do this or does someone have another idea?

At the bottom of almost every window in Logos is the Add tag option and that's what I use. I tell people they should think through the tagging they will use and use tags that makes sense to the user. Then you can search those. Tag everything you read or create and then in time you will have an extensive tagging system you did for your own stuff you can search on.
