Can two resources, such as the ESV and a commentary (which I can easily link in the desktop app) be linked in the mobile app (iPad)?

Also, I truly wish there was a searchable manual for Logos

    Yes. This is performed within the "tab browser." Press the "chain link" icon and select all of the tabs (or panels) you want to be linked.
