Sync reading plan between Mac and iPhone

I have been using my yearly bible reading plan on my MacBook, but if I try to add one to my phone it just starts a new one.
How can I have the same plan on both devices and be able to mark off my daily reading on either device and keep them both synced? thanks for any help!

Have you looked for the reading plan document on mobile? Are you sure you are signed in to the same account on both devices?
