The International Theological Commentary: The Pastoral Epistles

Does anyone have any experience of this book? I know the Revelation volumes are well regarded. My main interest is preaching resources rather than academic. Logos is unusually cheaper for this volume than print or ebook from the publisher or Amazon. So I have pre-ordered as the author is well regarded too, but any further insights would be gratefully received. The preview pages don't seem to suggest a working knowledge of Greek is required.
