Is this system the same as the Hebrew Cantillation Interactive?

When the Hebrew Cantillation Interactive was first in beta it used a box display format which I put some effort into learning. It was later switched to a tree format which I didn't study in the same detail. Is  A Hebrew Tree Bank Based on Cantillation Marks  compatible with the current depiction?
