That sounds like good news considering the two treads running at the moment discussing the risks of loosing data in many ways.
I have always kept a backup of my licences and I look forward to having one for L4.

What ! Only one backup? I have a backup on my HD, a backup on a flash drive and one in my e-mail acct "in the cloud" -- plus what Logos has. I'm a belt and suspenders kind of guy (not really). The redundancy makes me feel more secure.

One final note: In order to support users with partial or no Internet access, Logos 4 will support "offline activation", which will use an activation file that is sent by email or on a disc (S&H fees may apply). What about licenses added after the account is created.. which would be the case for most users here who have added to their orginal purchase and this file is only sent to those who activate offline. It really doesn't alleviate any of the concerns that are red hot topics on the forums today/tonight. - Users need to have a safety net of being able to generate an license file that can be regernerated when new resouces are purchased and that can be used to do a re-install that occurs offline otherwise the financial investments we have made in the product all of a sudden feel like they are on sinking sand.. Right now I can purchase NIVAC for Pradis for a lot cheaper than the Logos offering (I apprecaite that is probably Zondervan's doing) and feel a lot more secure in my financial investement being protected in terms of my being able to re-install it if required at any point in time. Right now I can't say the same about the upcoming Logos offering ... and it will cost me more. I am much more interested in beng able to keep a backup of my licenses in my control than I am in being able to transfer licenses to other people..

Actually I have a copy of my Licences on all 5 computers and my home server not to mention removable data storage devices.
Better safe than sorry eh?

That sound like "politician speak" designed to cover up the real meaning!
Doesn't that then translate into "significant" in plain English due to the double negative? I'm sure you gammar experts can correct me on that.

Subroutine: Analysis
If it is not insignificant then it is not trivial which means it is significant, so Bradley was trying to say:
"We definitely have a significant amount of piracy".
By stating it the way he did he was emphasising that the amount of piracy was definitely non-trivial!

PS. in some European languages a double negative is an emphasis. As Bradley comes from NZ we know he wasn't trying to say
"the amount of piracy is definitely not significant" !!
