BUG: Missing collections in collection tool

Because the FL supplied collection Church Documents is incomplete, I am attempting to build a new collection consisting of the FL Church Documents plus additional resources based on criteria of my choice. The Plus these resources says to drag collections to the box. Unfortunately, the drop down list of documents (Open) does not include the FL supplied collections. How do I get it as a base for correction?  Yes, I am going the superklutz add a tag method ... but that is not dynamic and adds a processing cost.

    It's not currently possible to extend the built-in Verbum collections, or use them in your own rules.
