Highlighting in resources to be anchored in text?

I enjoy the way I can anchor a note to a text.  Sometimes I've copied a section from a commentary into an anchored note.  Is there anyway I can do this by highlighting the commentary directly and then having it anchor to the verse or passage?  

When I open up my Bible, I'd love to see highlights from resources available in the text.
