on screen memo function for touchscreen computers/tablets

It just popped up in my mind that what if Logos allows users to write on screens with pen or fingers just like drawing lines on paper Bibles, connecting key words in a paragraph and to erase lines later on. 

I know it's not easy to implement my idea. But it would be great if you can do it.
