Logos needs and UNDO.
I have a large monitor for Logos so I show several panes with many tabs in each. I was just trying to highlight a scripture in a Bible pane, dragging the cursor over a text when BAM. Logos changed all the arrangement of my panes! I could go back to the last layout, but I've changed some things since then. So I'll have to be content with wasting time to drag one tab after another back into another arrangement.
This is not the first time this has happened and it seems to happen more often in Logos 8 than previous versions. It would be reasonable to have the ability to undo these kinds of errors.
Have a great day,

I'd consider this to be a bug. Edit your post and prefix the title with Bug: and a more explanatory title e.g. Bug:Panes rearranged on large monitor.
Provide a screenshot of your layout and the size/resolution of your monitor. Was it the panes/tiles only that were re-arranged i.e. the tabs were unaffected?

This is the closest to an "undo" for this problem. You should save the layout occasionally via "Update active" in the Layouts menu, or via a shortcut of the update active layout command.

This has happened to me also. I finally figured out the cause. I was trying to click the scroll bar to scroll the text of the resource, but I double-clicked the separator between panes. This triggered the behavior of moving the pane separator to make the panes the same size--a feature, not a bug. This behavior is irritating. I wish it were deprecated. I'll drag the pane separator to where I want it, then I want it to stay there.

I don't have time to recreate this. I'm usually too focused on what I'm doing to realize the exact steps I took. However I've noticed several times that if I'm highlighting text and maybe drag it just a millimeter or so suddenly things rearrange. I'll try to save more often. Thanks.
