When there are two Logos windows open, we used to be able to drag a tab down to a second Logos window icon on the task bar and it would open that window so we could place the tab in the second window. That doesn't work now.

Works for me on Win 10, same beta (running a single monitor: when the second Logos window was open on a second monitor, the functionality did not work, but then I would have just dragged the tab over)
Hi Tim,
I'm unable to reproduce this. When I drag it to the tab it takes a second and the window pop's up and I drag it where I want it to go.
Thank you NB and Philana for testing. This is strange. I've used this function often and never had this problem until 8.8 B1. I've tried it again using several scenarios and still can't get it to work.
Maybe you could make a video showing your layout and what ways you are doing which do not work.
Problem solved!
After getting some feedback (above) I was sure I had a OS problem, not an application problem. I put up with it for a while until I developed other OS issues.
I downloaded and ran the "Media Creation Tool" (available at https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6734-windows-10-installation-tool.html) and did the "Upgrade" Option (even though I already had Windows 10,1903 and I really wasn't upgrading). It ran smoothly (for a couple hours) and when it was done all of my OS problems were gone as well as my Logos problem described above. It basically installs a fresh copy of Windows 10 without disturbing your apps or data (which is an option you choose).
