Because every time I start my Logos and index the entire library. Every time I open the program it happens.

What version of the software are you running - and on which platform?
Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs in a reply to this thread (use the paperclip icon) after starting Logos, letting it index and stopping Logos. Details at https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
index the entire library
If it is actually indexing the ENTIRE library, something is seriously wrong... maybe even hardware. Logs are certainly needed.
