Logos Notes System

Can anyone suggest a "Notes System" that I can use? This question may have already been asked, and if it has I apologize. Just want a starting point. I have seen only one suggestion on a Youtube video, but it wasn't given in detail, not yet anyway. I appreciate it! Also, I am new to the forum, so again, sorry if I am asking what has already been asked
