On the desktop app, I have it set when I highlight something i can hit a key to make it green, another key to make it red, and it sends that highlight to s specific notebook (for a reading group i am in at school).
When I use the ipad to read, I can select a section, tap the highlight options, and go to the palette (i think it is called) that i had set up for the red and green to send to the particular notebook. I can highlight using my red or green option, but it does NOT send it to the preconfigured notebook like on the desktop.
Any ideas? if that doesn't make sense i can upload some pics or a video.
