Prioritization Question

I am trying to start using advanced prioritization limits to prioritize my favorite commentaries for individual books of the Bible. Where I am running to problems is when there are multiple volumes within a single commentary series that cover the same book of the Bible. For example, in the Word Biblical Commentary there is Martin’s original commentary on 2 Corinthians from 1998 and then his revised edition from 2014 that covers the same portion of Scripture. What do I do if I want the newer volume to be prioritized higher up in my list but the older volume to be further down? So far the only solution I have come up with is to alter the metadata for the "series" field so that Logos thinks the two volumes belong to separate series, but I would prefer not to do that. Is there a different way to go about this? Thanks!

That is the recommended way to do it, and the way I've always done it.

Don't worry about changing the series and losing the original metadata. If you delete your custom series name, the original will magically reappear.

That's what I was thinking. Thank you for confirming this. [Y]
