Philana: bumping BUG: applying tag by memory

The information panel has a number of fixed properties that don't allow the user to adjust the panel to see everything ... usually not a problem but what if I want (as I did) to apply the tag to all and all I see is 1/6th to 1/8th of the letter A to represent "Apply"? Yes, I saw it; yes, it worked, but one has to know the system very well to be able to "fly blind" ... I would expect a bit more preservation of the user action.
