I have situations when I am offline due to factors beyond my control. It would be good to be able to search all my downloaded resources.
Right now when I am offline, the mobile app allows to search only recent resources or individual resources.

I agree! The "Entire Library" option should simply not be removed (a warning about potential missing results could be displayed in a dismissible banner), when offline.
I don’t know for sure (it would be interesting to find out), but my understanding is that these searches are performed “in the cloud“ normally. I wonder if there is a technical reason why it can’t do the full library.
