Has anyone heard about why G. B. Caird's commentary on Revelation isn't available in Logos? I understand that Ian Boxall's superb volume replaced Caird's in the series, but I hear great things about Caird's also.
I have it in paper and think it is superior to Boxall's volume, would love to have it.
