Analytical Lexicon of the Vulgate (in web & mobile apps; not on desktop)
I recently went to open the Analytical Lexicon of the Vulgate on my computer, but it is not showing up in my library.
When I open the Logos or Verbum Web App or on my Android phone, it shows in my library and opens up just fine.
I double checked to see if I had accidentally hidden it, but it is (not listed in the hidden resources menu).
Any thoughts on why I might not be able to find it? Thanks all.

Kevin, can you share the edition of Logos or Verbum you're using on the desktop?

Kevin. I'm not able to repo on my end.
In the Go Box could you run the update now command? It will look for app updates and new resource updates. It's possible that the resource update we pushed out in June got stuck in some limbo on your machine.

Running the update did not fix it.
I went ahead and ran a search on "Analytical Lexicon of the Vulgate" - it returns a hit in my Library (Cloud) but it marked as an "Unknown Resource" and when I attempt to open it says I don't have a license for this resource. However, I am able to open it on mobile or app.verbum.com as mentioned above.

I just want to confirm something that I'd assumed: You're using the same Logos account to access web/mobile and also access desktop, correct?
Maybe you could try signing out of desktop and then back in to see if that helps? On Windows (sorry, I don't know Mac) hold Control (CTRL) while starting up Logos. Then click "Work Offline". Let it start, then shut it down. Then hold CTRL and start up again, and you should see the sign in dialog. Enter/confirm the same credentials you use on web/mobile and click "Sign In".
Probably nothing, but your situation is exceedingly weird so I figure it's worth a shot.

Rick - yes, I'm using the same account on web/mobile and my desktop.
I tried signing out and back in on the desktop. Still no go.

Not sure what changed or was updated, but after months of this problem, suddenly today this resource showed up in my library on my desktop version of Verbum. Glad to have it functional. Thanks.
