Exigetical guide

Is there a way one could marry the exigetical guide to your selected Bible, like the lexham English version? So when I search Jude for example, the same search would come up in the exigetical guide application. Rather than me typing it twice in both the Bible and the exigetical guide.

You can’t link a Guide to a Search, but you can link it to a Bible using a linkset - see https://wiki.logos.com/Linking_Resources for some details.

Then, when you move to a different verse in the Bible the Guide will update to the same verse.

Does this give what you were looking for or where you trying to do something different?
