Extremely Hard to Select the Right Verse on Chromebook

Just recently got a Pixelbook again, after giving my first away. Missed it. As a result I'm using the web app a lot more after almost never using it for a year or more.

Now I'm having a lot of trouble selecting the right text. I want to select a single to copy it, but when I try it always selects way more text than I want. So here's what's happening.

1. Searched for "one another" in the CSB.

2. Clicked on a link for Leviticus 25:17

3. Tried to select it, but the selection always gets verse 16 instead in the context menu. The only way to make it select 17 is move the verse up so that NONE of v. 16 is showing in the window. In fact with text size increased using the 3 dot menu it won't let me select even v. 17 when it's the top line being shown. If I'm very careful I can scroll to eventually get it to select the right verse but not while it's showing on screen. VERY STRANGE behavior.

    Hi Kevin,

    I booted up our Chromebook for the first time in a while, and had the exact experience you described. The Chromebook was on version 74.xx. I then checked for updates and it updated to Version 76.xx, and the problem went away. Can you check that you're on the latest version?
