Changed computers - can't download material

I changed my laptop.  I have Logos 8.  Many resources downloaded but not all.  Those that I don't have allow me to download now or view in web app.  Problem is that download now doesn't.   Any advice or help?  I am missing a lot of books.

 Double check your settings to see what your “use Internet“ setting is, along with hours. If you have downloads set up to only happen between 1 AM and 4 AM, you won’t be able to download anything except during those times.

Thanks.  That seems to have worked.  Didnt expect I couldn't download manually.
