Can I change the homepage to include a quote from a particular resource each time?

I would like to personalise my homepage to include more quotes from my resources and have them change each time. For instance I would like to rotate a quote from '300 Quotations for Preachers from the Early Church' or another the other 300 series. Can this be done? Any advice would be appreciated

    Excerpts in the Home Page does not allow a choice of resource or number. However, you can use the command FSD in Collection to restrict the resources and have the result display in your layout (Collection is the name of a collection).

    FSD = Facilitate Serendipitous Discovery
