Dictionary of Bible Themes Visualization Request

I would love to have a Visualization of the Dictionary of Bible Themes that render an outline of the themes by reference. All references and headwords must be able to link back to inline searches and headwords in the dictionary.

Thematic Outlines nor Preaching Themes provide the same quick insights as this visualization.

I would appreciate some advice. If a resource is available or a way to do this other than customization it would be nice. If not, have anyone maybe done something like this in any programming language?
