Text Sporadically not Highlighting with long touch

I use the iOS Logos app. Every once in a while when I try to select a word in the text, the magnifying glass will appear but no text will be selected.  Usually I’ve had to close the app and restart it, (sometimes more than once I think), to get the problem to stop happening. This is not a huge deal, but it would be nice to avoid it.  Is this a known issue?  Is there any explication as to why this happens?  Are there any suggestions for avoiding it in the future.

    Hey Jonathan, I believe what you are describing is a known issue. Another workaround is usually to rotate the device.
