One clue that a tool is needed is when users make it themselves and share it. This has occurred with the NRSV parallel pericopes. At least three other Bibles contain the data needed for such a representation: Biblia de Jerusalen Latinoamericana, The Greet New Testament (4th revised edition) and Today's New International Version.
When users depend upon shared files only forum users who happen upon the file know that the feature exists. Please make the feature official and available to all users.
