Sermon Labeling in Mobile?

Hey all, I’m looking to label all my owned sermon resources so that they actually show up in the Sermons tool results. (There’s not many that are labeled by Logos). The thing is I don’t have the time for this. In fact the only time I might have for doing it would be the 5 minutes here and 10 minutes there while waiting for random things in everyday life. Which makes being able to accomplish labeling on a mobile device (phone ideally) so important.

The only thing is I have no idea if this can be done in any way. Or if it can be done I have no idea how! Would anyone out there who’s knowledgeable about this be able to let me know? Thanks in advance!

If I understand you correctly the labelling needs to be done by Faithlife.

But please expand on what you are trying to achieve - what do you mean by “the Sermons tool”?

Hey Graham, I’m referring to the sermons section within the guides. We used to have the ability to label the sermon resources in our library to populate this section of the guides. With the restructuring of notes it was taken away. I haven’t attempted to retry since, but my impression was that it was going to be restored (just haven’t had time to look at it). I Was asking if we can currently label sermons in the same way, and if we can do so on mobile. MJ I believe had a highlighting pallet at one time that allowed users to crowd source sermon labeling. The work from this highlight pallet still works in Logos for me and populates the sermon section of the guide menu with many more sermons than Faithlife has actually tagged for use in that tool.

To the best of my knowledge, labeling has not yet been restored. Too bad as we badly need to be able to use it for hymns as well. (As well as for more personal uses.)

    Edit: I stand corrected.

Labels (defined via a highlight style) were re-introduced in Logos 8.2/8.3. I was not aware that Labels could be used that way. Only that we can tag Personal Books to populate the Sermons section.

It would help resolve the confusion if you provided a screen shot of this palette - showing the highlight style that provides the "label".
