SUGGESTION: STILL MIA the ability to create timelines

I've still not forgotten that in L3-->L4 FL destroyed considerable effort that I had put into timelines and that that action required me to purchase another piece of software. So far as I can tell updating the timeline/adding links has ground to a near halt and requests to allow more simplified display as needed for slides have led nowhere. Please remember that small numbers in utilization statistics doesn't mean lack of user interest. It may mean

• the tool is too difficult to use to meet the user need
• the user may not understand how to use the tool
• the user is frustrated by the inconsistency of the data behind the tool
• the user may be unable to find the tool
• the tool may be useful only to an important subset of your customers

Until you can capture how frequently your users want to use a particular function ...
