Intellectual Property rights and publishing sermons with Proclaim
Is there a way to publish a sermon without it being published to a specific church?
There are two scenarios where I see this being helpful:
for preachers who don't always preach at the same church each week (interim preacher, denominational staff, pulpit supply pastors who cover vacations, etc.)
for preachers who maintain the intellectual property rights to their sermons (publishing them under the name of the congregation makes the "ownership" of the intellectual property less clear.)
It is the second case that I fall into. The model employment agreement for my denomination states that the pastor retains all rights to the intellectual property that is their sermon. When I use Proclaim to publish the sermon, it seems to do it under the name of the church. While I'm tagged in it, it looks to me to be a sermon of Holy Cross Burlington, and delivered by me -- and not a sermon of mine, delivered at Holy Cross Burlington.
How would I publish the sermon to my account -- and not necessarily have it published to Holy Cross' group?
Peace & Blessings,

Hello Colin,
You are correct, by default Proclaim will attach under the linked Church group. After the sermon gets published, you can always go the page the sermon is hosted on, select "Edit", and change the "Publish as" field to yourself, switching it away from the Church group.

Feature Suggestion: Allow publishers of sermons to set the default "Publish as" field to yourself before the sermon is published.
