Logos 8 Notes and Workflows
I have been through the MP Seminars on workflows and called Logos to speak with support, but have been unable to get an answer. If I do an Expository Sermon Workflow, I end up with a multitude of anchored notes for the reference. Each note represents an answer for the question in the workflow. As a result, I have tons of notes tagged to a singular reference which are meaningless unless observed in the context of the workbook. How do I keep the workflow from tagging the text every time I answer I question in the workflow?

I'm afraid this is how the software works currently.
Changing this has been requested but I don't know when any change will be made.

Seems mighty cumbersome. Is there a workaround that other users are employing? Are they opting not to use workflows?

I use in this way:
I create one note to sermon, and respond all the workflows questions in this note, not in the flow's questions0 -

They can be turned off ... but it would be better if they were grouped with a single turnoff at specific workflow, generic workflow, all workflows.

Which is the reason I quit trying to use workflows.

1. select the workflow notes you wish to remove the note icon. (using Shift-click is helpful!)
2. change note icon to "none"
3. click "apply changes" button
