Logos not responding

I have the latest updated version of Win10 as well as latest version of Logos8. I often have situations where the program becomes unresponsive and hangs with a high CPU rate, especially in the Logos CEF subsection of Logos in Task Manager. Checking the Logos log files I find a high number of consecutive warnings with time stamps labeled, WARNING:dns_config_service_win.cc(669)] Failed to read DnsConfig.

Do I need to reinstall Logos? I have never had Logos perform so poorly for so long.
