Morphy Query Crashes Logos 8

Every time I do a morph query search, I get the new pane with results, but then Logos freezes and then crashes without any sort of warning or error message. Anyone else getting this? Any idea what I can do to fix the problem? Thanks.

Welcome to the forums and sorry you are having problems.

For the volunteers to help here we need to know a little about your set up. Operating System and Version of Logos are needed.

Also for most of these problems we need to examine (we being the 'royal we' as there are other who are experts here) the logs from the crash.

You can find a link at the bottom of this post which will lead to instructions for posting logs in this thread.

I am sure that you will be up and running soon.

I have the same problem, on Windows 10 pro, Logos 8.7.0.0042

Although I already talked to customer service and they gave me a case number last friday (which is 99960) and they have the logs already, just wanted to say you're not alone in this logos crash, some other users in the spanish forum are talking about this problem

Thanks Mike, please let me know if you need something else. I sent an email with all of the log files to customer support as well.

The Morph Query Document crashes in Logos 8.7. This is fixed in Logos 8.8, which is currently in beta testing and should be delivered to all users soon.

It no longer crashes in 8.8, but now most of the resources do not show up in the dropdown list - see screenshot. However, if I search in "All morph resources", results are returned from SBLGNT and NA28. Seems like more fixing might be needed...!
