When I have a resource opened in a window that is too narrow, it becomes possible to scroll left and right as well as up and down. However, the touch interface is not consistent.

Normally, with touch, you drag the resource in the direction you want the resource to go. So you drag up, to scroll down. Up and down dragging works as expected - drag in the direction you want it to go. However, left and right dragging is backwards - you drag right to make the resource move left, etc. This makes it really confusing as you are dragging up and down. You have to make the opposite correction in the left/right direction as you are making in the up/down direction.

Fixing this would significantly improve the touch interface. I would consider it a bug.

(I have already noted that in the program settings window, the problem is even worse. Dragging in the window does nothing, but clicking and dragging in the scroll bar does the opposite of what the scroll bar does).
