Logos library is crashing whenever I am trying to take notes. The support team tried to solve the issue. When nothing was done they directed the issue to developers team. In the meantime the support team gave me a first step to solve the problem. They advised me to follow the following steps to access the Logos File in the finder Library folder. Following the steps I was not able to locate the Logos folder. Is there any other way to see the Logos folder? Does anyone help me to get alternative steps?

  • Quit Logos.
  • Open Finder.
  • Press CMD+Shift+G.
  • Type ~/library/application support/
  • Click Go.
  • Open the Logos folder
  • Rename your Documents folder (ex: Documents.old)
  • Open Logos while holding down the CMD key
  • Select “Work Offline” from the sign in window
  • Open the notes tool
  • Create a new note
  • In the new note change Highlight style to “Yellow”
  • Add some text in the note
  • Restart Logos normally
  • See if it crashes after added a new note once your docs sync

    Few thoughts here:

    1) Having a screenshot would help us to see where exactly you are.

    2) The Logos folder in the Library/Application Support folder is named "Logos4," not "Logos," so don't let that throw you.

    3) On macOS the Library folder is hidden by default (Apple doesn't want novices messing in there). The way that they gave you should work. But another way is to option-click "Go" on the Finder menubar and click Library from the drop-down menu (Holding the Option-Key unhides the Libray temporarily).

See if that will do it for you.

Thank you Mr. Durfey for taking the time to share a solution. Right after I posted my question a Logos Support team called me and guided me

    to solve the problem.
