KYLE: Is this really the best document/milestone coding

I am genuinely embarrassed to be such a nag tonight but it seems like very corner I turn I find something that would drive a Catholic academic nuts ... and I'm not even a Catholic academic who would very likely notice things that escape my eye.

So I'm working on my Denzinger cross-reference, I even started working backwards so I'm dealing with contemporary resources which should work easily as modern referencing is comparatively standardized and the resources are comparatively new to Logos/Verbum but ... I up to the 4th document when I find:

1. A search finds 3 references to the document I am concerned with.
2. Note the name of the document in all 3 occurrences (red arrows)
3. I took the actual document, selected to get a reference, and opened a search. Note the search is for a date in a single resource. I often use the milestones to find the resources that contain a document ... this "date only" milestone (green arrow) requires that you know everything already in order to find it - the author, that it is a letter, the title of the letter collection, the date it was released.The standard academic use requires only that I know the name of the letter.
4. In this case, the search doesn't even show me that I have the text in other languages until I modify it to search all resources. I expect milestones to have more consistent behavior.

Can we please have milestones that are guaranteed unique AND that are in some sense recognizable to someone used to working with the data? I would even settle for something like the AAS number as it is a least familiar and findable for Catholic scholars.
