Definitions for the CAL Targums morphology
Logos Bible Software. An Introduction to the LDLS Edition of the CAL Targums. Hebrew Union College, 2005. led me to expect to find the morphology terms definitions on the web site. But somehow, I'm missing it. Anyone know where the relevant glossary info is?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I think you need to use Michael Heiser's Glossary of Morpho-Syntactic Database Terminology.
On the CAL site I can only find an overview of the morphological tags used
http://cal.huc.edu/lexical.help.html
And another overview can be found on the BW site (which is now out of business):
