On Sept 18/19 I downloaded https://www.logos.com/product/170630/in-season-and-out-sermons-for-the-christian-year for $11.99 (prepub) , but I just noticed that I could have gotten tonight it for $8.39 because I am a connect subscriber.
In this case it is only a few dollars, but isn't this something that Faithlife tries to avoid?
Not any more. There was a big deal where they decided to give the best price they could, even if it was cheaper than they could originally do on PrePub. If you send an email to customer service, they should honor the new price, since you are in the return window.
I have also been disappointed with this. I purchase quite a bit on Prepub but suspect that later on these resources would be cheaper if purchased in a base package or a bundle. But most of the time, it is impossible for us to figure this out.
