BUG: Cannot scroll down on NOTEBOOK list

So the list of my Notebooks only go as far as my screen can show at the bottom even though there more than that. There's no scroll bar to go lower.

And searching certain keywords in the notebooks also does not work.

    Hi Mike,

    I can see that bug regarding scrolling as well.

    Can you clarify what you mean by "searching certain keywords in the notebooks also does not work."? Do you have an example?
