Logos Not Working on Mac Air - Sierra 10.12

I am suddenly unable to Log in to Logos 8. I have Mac Os Sierra 10.12. I made a call from Australia to the US on the helpline. It cost me a lot of money to hold on as they tried to fix the problem - but to no avail. Very frustrating. I can log in on the website though with my user name and password.

Have you tried loading to a blank layout? Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup.

Is your computer incompatible with 10.15?

Do you know when you updated the engine last? Do you do so regularly?

There are some other ways to contact them, such as through Skype.

Just a quick tip.

When I call the Faithlife from the UK I find that Skype costs a fraction of the cost of using a 'normal' phone.
