Search within highlighted text

Is there a way to search for specific words highlighted I've highlighted? I can filter by highlights and search for notes, but I can't find a way to search for the words in highlights. I found that you can do a search using [text] WITHIN {Highlight *}, but it only works on Bible searches and not Basic.

A workaround I've considered is to paste the text as a note, but if the feature I'm describing is ever implemented, I could have a lot of extra information. Plus, it's more work than just highlighting as I'm reading.
