Logos 8 Install Problem
A couple of days ago I opened up Logos 8 (I'm pretty sure it was 8.8.0.0039) and after downloading some new resources & an application update it started to install the update. A window pops up and says something about another update was being installed. Well, after that it goes to a never ending install of the update. Did this every time I closed and opened Logos 8. So, I get the bright idea of uninstalling Logos 8 with Revo Uninstaller. I deleted every trace of Logos and Libronix that Revo could find. After rebooting my computer I installed the latest version of Logos 8. The install downloads around 185 mb and prompts where to install the files, and after I click on the recommended location a window pops up that the Logos 8 install could not be completed. Any ideas what to do next? This is on my home computer. My computer at work had no problem with the update. Both run Windows 10.

Was the install unable to complete because of file permissions or space?

No, I have around 500gb of space on 1tb hard drive. The error message says "The installation of Logos Bible Software did not succeed." Never had file permission problems before. I even tried "Run as administrator" to install Logos with the same results. This has me bumfuzzled!

Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs in a reply to this thread (use the paperclip icon) after a failed install attempt
Details at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132-How-to-Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files
And please don’t try to install as Administrator. It isn't required and causes its own problems
