Book suggestion: Hot Protestants

I am not sure if the "Suggestion" forum is for books or features, but I wanted to suggest this book "Hot Protestants: A history of Puritanism in England and America"

I am particularly interested in how Puritan views of politics worked (or didn't) So any recommendations would be welcome.
