BUG: Problem with Program Scaling and Visual Filters in Logos 8.8 SR1 on Windows 10

In Logos 8.8 SR1 on Windows 10 I don't always get the full set of Visual Filter Morph options with Program / Content Scaling set to 140% (it does depend on which row in the Visual Filter I am trying to enter the details)

It works properly if I change Program Scaling to 120% (I expect this depends on screen resolution etc)
