RESOURCE BUG: 2 resources inline search has no "Selection" box
I've checked a couple of other resources and their inline search has a "Selection" box. But these 2 resources don't:
1. Handbook on the NT Use of the OT: Exegesis and Interpretation by GK Beale
2. Three Views on the NT Use of the OT by Kaiser, Bock and Enns.
Moreover, their inline search results are also different from the normal resources. (see attached)
I'm using Logos 8.8 SR-1 on Windows 10 (latest release). 2 different PCs show the same result.

Isn't this because there is only one possible value? for #1 the only possible value is "article" which you can verify from the navigation line.

This is a book and moreover the search results are not like other resources inline search

I get 116 items and can navigate by search results or articles. Is your copy of the resource corrupted in some way? I do see what you mean about not having the same options on the unit being searched.

Thanks for trying out for me. It seems that your copy also don't have "Selection" box that you'll see in other resources inline search. And your inline search results are also different.
I can do searching but results format is like yours. I remove and re-download the resource to no avail.

Actually the "Selection" is "Sentence" box. Sorry for my mistake.

The "missing" text box is for selecting the range (scope) of the search - equivalent to a Bible search defaulting to "verse". That is why I suggested that it might be because there was only one possible value.

Try inline search for other resources even FL ebooks. All inline search has the "Sentence" box to select options. I've attached a file for your reference.

No it is not all ... I don't get it on about 1 out of 5 that meet patterns that I think might have the problem. But 1 out of 5 does not yet translate into my having found the pattern ...

Not all books have sentence tagging. Those that lack it will not have an option for that in the search pane. Any book that is built (or rebuilt) these days will automatically have sentence tagging, but older books (some of which can not practically be rebuilt) will not.
