Constant "Not Responding" issue

I am constantly getting "Not Responding" issue.   Any ideas on what I need to do? Or what to do to diagnose the issue?

    Please provide more details. What specific version of the app? Specific version of Windows? What are you doing when this happens? Can you post logs? See my signature line for help.

    Welcome Samuel

    You need to state the OS you are on (Windows/Mac) + version of Logos. Also state what you were doing.

    And please upload some diagnostic logs to the forum.
