Hebrew Word Study Textual Search in Dead Sea Scrolls
I have Lexham Dead Sea Scrolls Hebrew-English Interlinear Bible which apparently "features Logos Hebrew Morphology, so you can search the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Lexham Hebrew Bible as a single body of literature in one search" (https://www.logos.com/product/55512/lexham-dead-sea-scrolls-hebrew-english-interlinear-bible).
However, I don't see the Dead Sea Scrolls Textual Search options shown at 1:16 in the video here: https://www.logos.com/product/5961/qumran-biblical-dead-sea-scrolls-database
I would appreciate if someone could clarify what is going on.

While you're waiting, are you mixing up Biblical scroll searches with sectarian? I often forget.

It should appear but I'm getting the same error you are even when I start with a word from the DSS.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

My results agree with the video. If you select the headword שנֶֶַָֹֹא you generate the report seen on the right. Choose Sectarian DSS and follow instructions given in the video and you reproduce the results as indicated. OR am I not following the OPs question as I do not understand what 1:16 is referring to.

Seeing the textual search option for sectarian DSS requires owning a resource that contains the text - there are two:
Logos currently offers two editions of the non-Biblical Dead Sea Scrolls material: the Qumran Sectarian Manuscripts and The Dead Sea Scrolls Study Edition.

NB Nick ... that doesn't explain my not seeing it ... I may play around a bit more later.

Based on the link you provided (https://www.logos.com/dss), I would, however, expect to see the "Biblical Dead Sea Scrolls" option since I have the Lexham Dead Sea Scrolls Hebrew-English Interlinear Bible:

I don't know, I'm not an expert in that area. The wording on the product guide is kind of vague when it says
- Qumran Biblical Dead Sea Scrolls is complete with lexical and morphological tags and English glosses.
- Lexham Dead Sea Scrolls Hebrew-English Interlinear Bible is also included in most Logos 8 base packages.
In fact it doesn't make any claim as to the functionality of the DSS Interlinear, whereas it says that the database is "complete" with tags. The Interlinear product page claims you can search Hebrew bibles as one corpus, whereas the textual search is treating the database as a different corpus to direct searches to. It is organized according to manuscripts.
I own https://www.logos.com/product/5961/qumran-biblical-dead-sea-scrolls-database and I do see the "biblical DSS" textual search. However, I'd assume that you will find the DSS interlinear searched as a Hebrew Bible, since that's what FL produced it to be.

In order for you to get this field to populate you must own the corresponding resources. For some reason I am unable to find the complete collection on the website. The series is The Biblical Dead Sea Scrolls here is an example https://www.logos.com/product/27950/4q65-isaiah-l I suggest a call to customer service for a quote on current pricing. The other field requires the resource Qumran Sectarian Manuscripts found here https://www.logos.com/product/4242/qumran-sectarian-manuscripts
