I love the idea of print + digital discount. I've always made use of Amazon's matchbook. Two questions here:
1) Based on the wording, it sounds like this is a temporary feature for pastor appreciation month. No long-term plans?
2) What if I already bought a digital item, not knowing there is a discount for getting both. Is the print book still discounted or out of luck? (I know Amazon is "out of luck" in that only the Kindle item is discounted, but I am seeing a discount on print of Hearers and Doers... not sure if that is a separate discount being applied from some other sale or if the discount is due to the digital/print package.)
