CRASH: 8.9b4 Crashes when navigating to Romans 13 (NIV84)

When I navigate to Romans 13 in the NIV84, 8.9b4 bombs out, 100% consistency.

If I enable Logging with teh CTRL+Launch method, open NIV84 at that passage, no crash.

If I then open the layout where I experienced the crash, and navigate to Rom 13 in the NI84 window, crash happens.
