I know that eBooks have limited tagging but I'm surprised that I can find no milestones on the Biblical books in Taussig, Hal, and John Dominic Crossan Hal Taussig. A New New Testament: A Bible for the Twenty-First Century Combining Traditional and Newly Discovered Texts. New York, NY: Mariner Books, 2013.

    Maybe the Faithlife content team all voted and there weren't any red jellybeans for bible milestones. [:D]

    actually that's the way it is with eBooks - it's the same with the The Voice translation. You get no milestones = no index. eBooks are just that.
