I know that eBooks have limited tagging but I'm surprised that I can find no milestones on the Biblical books in Taussig, Hal, and John Dominic Crossan Hal Taussig. actually that's the way it is with eBooks - it's the same with the The Voice translation. You get no milestones = no index. eBooks are just that.
