Other paraphrases are Bibles not Bible commentary ... and this really has little commentary.
Hmm...Good question. I'm not sure why we decided to classify this as a commentary. I think it was due to the huge amount of front matter, very little actual Bible text, and the ranged milestones.
That being said, it wouldn't be of much use in the PG as a commentary so it would probably make more sense to change it to a Bible. It's more than a metadata change so it'll take a bit on our end.
